SigmaRoc increases profit and margins in H1 2026, shares climb 12.6%

SigmaRoc reported H1 2026 revenue of £523m (+2.6%), EBITDA of £178m (+11.3%) and an EPS increase of 12.2%. The EBITDA margin improved by 200 basis points to 25.1% and net leverage fell to 1.66x. The company reduced financing costs, raised volumes of higher-value products and announced an acquisition-based takeover of Dolomitas. SigmaRoc increases profit and acquires Dolomitas – shares rise about 12%

SigmaRoc reported an adjusted pre-tax profit of £75.1m for the first half, up from £67.4m a year earlier, and announced the acquisition of Akcinė Bendrovė "Dolomitas" for €110m on a debt- and cash-free basis. SigmaRoc executives buy shares via employee share plan

CEO Max Vermorken and CFO Jan Van Beek each acquired 1,421 SigmaRoc shares at a price of 126.63 pence through trustee MUFG under the Share Incentive Plan, financed by salary contributions. After the transactions on 8 April 2026, Vermorken holds 3,261,124 shares (0.29% of the capital) and Van Beek 118,063 shares (0.01%).
