SThree rejects unsolicited takeover offer from Circle8 Group

The board of SThree has unanimously rejected a preliminary, conditional cash offer from the Circle8 Group, saying it materially undervalues the company and is not in the best interests of shareholders. Under the City Code, Circle8 must by 7 October 2026 either announce a firm intention to make an offer or confirm that no offer will be made. SThree buys 857,933 shares for employee trust fund

SThree reports that Computershare Trustees, on behalf of the employee trust fund, acquired a total of 857,933 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between 6 and 16 March for a total of £1,489,557. Individual transactions were between £1.697443 and £1.775000 per share; the largest transaction on 16 March comprised 206,064 shares. SThree: chief financial officer Andrew Beach resigns after five years

SThree announced that chief financial officer Andrew Beach will leave the board after the annual general meeting on 29 April 2026. Beach will remain until the publication of the half‑year results on 21 July 2026 to support the transition. Damian Fehrenberg will serve as interim CFO from 30 April 2026, and the search for a permanent successor is under way.
