STRATEC has sold its subsidiary Diatron to an Indian investor consortium (fixed purchase price €10.0m plus performance‑related components); the OEM business for molecular and immunodiagnostics remains with STRATEC. Diatron is expected to generate around €20.0m in revenue in 2026 and an adjusted EBIT of about −€10.0m; STRATEC will record non‑cash impairments of €44.1m in Q3 2026 and expects a negative deconsolidation effect of €4.0–9.0m in Q4.
