Swiss Water announced it will hold its ordinary annual general meeting virtually on 21 May 2026; the record date is 13 April 2026. The company has reached an agreement with major shareholder Properly Investments (about 16.4% of the common shares) and will propose Mark Vendramin, CIO of Properly, for election to the board of directors.
