TT Electronics posts stronger H1 profit and raises outlook, lifts stock about 12%

TT Electronics reported an adjusted operating profit of £18.5m in H1 2026 (+37%) and an operating margin of 8.1% (+230 basis points), while currency-adjusted revenue fell 2.7%. The order book rose to around £550m (+20%) and management expects adjusted operating profit for the full year to be above market expectations; organic revenue growth should return in H2 and positive free cash flow is expected. TT Electronics widens margins despite declining revenues in fiscal 2025

TT Electronics recorded margin expansion in 2025 despite an organic revenue decline of 2.7% to £481.4m: adjusted operating profit rose organically by 2.2% to £37.2m and the operating margin climbed to 7.7%. Return on capital improved to 13.3%, free cash flow increased to £29.9m and net debt fell 37.2% to £50.3m. Shareholders of TT Electronics reject takeover offer from Cicor

At court-convened meetings and the annual general meeting, shareholders voted against the offer from Cicor Technologies. DBAY Advisors, with a 24.5% stake, welcomed the outcome and said it will remain invested in TT Electronics for the long term and support additional capital. DBAY cites TT Electronics’ position in structurally attractive growth markets, including the defense sector, as well as progress on operational efficiency and financial performance for its optimism.
