Tubacex announces negative accounting adjustment — shares fall

Tubacex has announced an extraordinary accounting adjustment that will reduce annual EBITDA by €31 million and EBIT by €50 million. The company expects an overall negative effect of €46 million on consolidated profit. The share fell by around 6.6% following the announcement.
