Vishay introduces new low-profile DFN6546A standard rectifier series up to 12 A

Vishay has introduced four new surface-mount standard rectifier series (SE50N6x, SE80N6x, SE100N6x, SE120N6x) in the DFN6546A package, available for 200 V, 400 V and 600 V. The devices offer a 10% lower profile, 20% higher rated current and 82% higher surge current capability versus comparable SMPC solutions, and are available in AEC-Q101-qualified variants for automotive use. Typical leakage current is below 0.1 μA, forward voltage up to 0.77 V, operating temperature range −55 °C to +175 °C, and ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2. Vishay introduces bidirectional TVS diode series XFD11KxxCA for the automotive industry

Vishay has introduced the new XFD11KxxCA series with 15 bidirectional TVS diodes in the surface-mount DO-218AC package, available in both commercial and AEC‑Q101-qualified versions. The devices provide a peak pulse power rating of 11 kW (10/1000 μs), peak pulse currents up to 207.1 A and clamping voltages from 40.6 V to 104.0 V, suitable for 12 V, 24 V and 48 V onboard networks. The diodes are specified for −55 °C to +175 °C, are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and feature low leakage currents and high surge robustness. Vishay introduces inductive position sensor RAIK045I MP for industrial applications

Vishay has introduced the inductive absolute position sensor RAIK045I MP, offering 16-bit resolution, at least 14-bit repeatability and support for rotational speeds up to 10,000 rpm. The 45 mm diameter, 6.6 mm thin sensor provides absolute accuracy of ≥10 bit (≈0.35°), operates from -40 °C to +125 °C and comes standard with an SPI output (sin/cos on request). The sensor is aimed at robotics, motor drives, automated guided vehicles, wind power, drones and other industrial applications; the inductive technology reduces interference from external magnetic fields.
