Wallbox is launching the new generation of the Pulsar Max in Europe, a compact AC charging solution for private and shared residential settings. The unit features ISO 15118‑compatible hardware with integrated powerline communication, RFID authentication and Ethernet in addition to Bluetooth and WLAN to simplify installation, user management and smart charging. The Pulsar Max is available in three configurations (7.4 kW cable, 22 kW cable and 22 kW socket), supports energy management functions such as charging with excess solar power and comes with a five‑year product warranty. Wallbox and partner Turning Point Energy have installed more than 10,000 AC and DC charging stations at private, commercial and public locations in Saudi Arabia since 2022. Turning Point acts as Wallbox’s official distributor, certified installer and maintenance provider in the kingdom. The partnership supports projects linked to EV manufacturers such as BYD and Lucid, and the companies plan further expansion of the charging infrastructure. The NYSE has accepted the plan submitted by Wallbox to meet the requirements of Section 802.01B for continued listing. Wallbox must reach either stockholders' equity or an average global market capitalization of at least $50 million; the stock will continue to trade on the NYSE during the plan's term and the NYSE will conduct semiannual reviews.
