ZenaTech said its subsidiary ZenaDrone has received SORA approval from the Irish aviation authority, allowing drone-based services for precision agriculture in Ireland. The EASA-aligned authorization permits large-scale application of fertilizers, lime, biostimulants and other non-plant-protection products, as well as autonomous spreading of granules. Between Aug. 28 and Sept. 8, ZenaTech acquired 1,518,126 common shares of Boardwalktecktech via the Toronto Venture Exchange at $0.03 each and now holds 25,779,437 shares, representing an undiluted interest of about 19.9%. Including warrants from a private placement on July 31, the holding would rise to 40,779,437 shares, or approximately 28.02% on a partially diluted basis. ZenaTech agreed to a restriction preventing the exercise of warrants if the stake would exceed 19.9% and stated it acquired the shares for investment purposes. ZenaTech has acquired ESM Software from Boston, expanding its enterprise SaaS portfolio with a 13th software brand. ESM serves more than 8,000 users in public administrations, education, healthcare, utilities, financial services and retail, and offers solutions with "The ESM Platform" for strategy execution, OKRs, employee performance and cyber-/compliance management.
