Digi Power X has entered into a revised distribution agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners for its at-the-market issuance program. The company may flexibly place up to $75 million of subordinated voting shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market or other U.S. trading venues. Proceeds are intended primarily for ongoing operations, completion of Tier-3 data centers, debt repayment and potential acquisitions to expand energy infrastructure as well as its AI and HPC network.
