AMTD IDEA Group violates NYSE rules after ADS price falls below $1

The NYSE notified AMTD IDEA Group that its American Depositary Shares fail to meet listing requirements because the average closing price over 30 trading days is below $1.00. The company has six months to restore compliance; to do so it must record a month‑end closing price of at least $1.00 and a 30‑day average of at least $1.00. If AMTD IDEA does not meet the requirements, the NYSE will initiate suspension and delisting proceedings. AMTD Group announces hotel transactions of around $328 million

AMTD Group and subsidiaries AMTD IDEA Group and AMTD Digital expect to complete hotel transactions totalling about $328 million within two to three weeks. Properties include The Ritz-Carlton in Australia, the Upper View Regalia Hotel in Malaysia and a UK portfolio including Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Hotel, Hornsey Town Hall and an office building in London. AMTD launches The Art Newspaper in Hong Kong after government approval

The AMTD Group has received government approval for The Art Newspaper in Hong Kong and released the combined March/April issue for Art Basel Hong Kong 2026, marking the return of the monthly publication since October 2023. AMTD also plans to launch a standalone edition titled The Art Newspaper China in October 2026; both editions are to be produced directly by AMTD without franchisees.
