Trading of Assura shares on the London Stock Exchange was suspended with effect from 8:00 a.m. London time, after the cash-and-share offer from Primary Health Properties (PHP) became unconditional on 12 August 2025. Trading on the JSE had already been suspended on 3 October; final cancellation on the JSE is planned for 23 October.
