CDA won a 25-year extension of the concession for La Plagne in a competitive bidding process; the new contract takes effect on 11 June 2027 and runs until 2052. La Plagne generates over €100m in revenue and more than €35m in EBITDA annually and accounts for around 10% of the group’s revenue and profitability. The award, for which bidders including partners such as Vail Resorts had also competed, strengthens long-term visibility and stabilizes confidence in CDA’s ability to retain strategic mountain assets, according to Kepler analysts.
