CoinShares reported first-half 2026 GAAP revenue of $51.4 million and segment EBITDA of $21.6 million, down sharply from a year earlier amid steep Bitcoin and Ethereum price falls. Management said market movements and product mix drove AUM down to $5.5 billion at June 30 but AUM recovered to about $6.9 billion by end-August, supported by roughly $230 million of net inflows into key platforms including $156 million into CoinShares Physical. CoinShares started trading on Nasdaq under ticker CSHR following a business combination with Vine Hill Capital, bringing $6 billion in assets under management and valuing the firm at $1.2 billion. The firm plans to expand in the U.S. with a shift from ETP provider to diversified digital-asset manager, targeting specialized "exotic" ETFs and further acquisitions. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved the suspension decision and the delisting of CoinShares ordinary shares; trading is to be suspended on 23 March and the delisting to take effect on 31 March. The delisting is part of a planned transaction to merge with Vine Hill Capital and Odysseus Holdings, which is intended to enable a move of the listing to a U.S. exchange.
