S&P Global Ratings has raised Concentra’s long-term rating from BB- to BB, and also upgraded the rating on senior secured loans to BB+ and on unsecured bonds to B+. The upgrade was driven by strong operating results, adjusted leverage below 3.5x in the second quarter, and expected improvements to about 3.3x in 2026 and 3.0x in 2027; management’s net-leverage target is 2.5x.
