Ellington Financial places 400 million USD senior unsecured notes (maturing 2030)

Ellington Financial has priced 400 million USD of senior unsecured notes bearing interest at 7.375% and maturing in 2030. The issuance is being made through subsidiaries, is fully guaranteed by Ellington Financial, and is expected to close on October 6, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
