Eurocommercial Properties strengthens portfolio with Avion acquisition and improves 2025 metrics

Eurocommercial Properties reports a recovery for 2025: property valuations rose 3.8% to over EUR 4 billion, net LTV improved to 39.8% and the dividend per share was increased to EUR 1.83. EPRA NTA climbed to EUR 42.81 per share and the direct investment result was EUR 131.8 million.
