GigCapital9 introduces quarterly compensation for directors and CEO

GigCapital9’s board has approved a new compensation structure for its directors and CEO Dr. Avi S. Katz. Until the closing of a business combination, each director and the CEO will receive $4,000 per quarter for advisory, audit and administrative services; after the signing of a definitive merger agreement the payment increases to $6,000 per quarter per person.
