Global Clean Energy receives first funding tranche of $150,000

Global Clean Energy has entered an equity financing agreement with a family office for up to $1 million; an initial tranche of $150,000 was provided at $0.05 per share. The tranche includes warrants with a 30‑month term and exercise prices of $0.25, as well as a sale option at $0.50. The funds are intended to support operating activities in clean energy, applied AI and resilient infrastructure.
