Home REIT has completed the sale of 706 properties to Patron Capital for a gross purchase price of £123m and initially received £98m; net proceeds amount to £94.2m. A deferred payment of £25m, secured by a bank guarantee, is scheduled for 1 April 2027. The company expects to dispose of the majority of the remaining 115 properties in the first half of 2026 and plans to return capital to shareholders through a liquidation process.
