IRV unveils Black Widow FPV drone carrier based on Vepryk UGV

IRV revealed the Black Widow, a Vepryk-based uncrewed ground vehicle that carries and launches six FPV drones with a relay option to reach targets up to 30 km, offering a low-cost expendable strike and ambush capability. Similar concepts have been demonstrated by Russian maker Hermes with its Argus carrier and by Scientific and Technical Center Kornei with a fiber-optic Dronobus prototype, signaling a broader shift toward uncrewed drone carriers on the battlefield.
