iTeos Therapeutics acquired by Concentra and delisted from Nasdaq
iTeos Therapeutics became a wholly owned subsidiary of Concentra Biosciences through a merger and its shares were delisted from the Nasdaq; shareholders received USD 10.047 in cash plus a contingent value right (CVR). All merger conditions were met, about 72.17% of outstanding shares were tendered, the board of directors of iTeos resigned and leadership positions were filled by representatives of Concentra Merger Sub VIII, Inc.
