LogProstyle will process a refund of the excess Japanese withholding tax withheld on the dividend of USD 0.023 per share paid on August 5, 2025. Initially 20.42% was withheld; after consultations with the Japanese tax authorities a rate of 15.315% applies to foreign corporate shareholders, certain other shareholders are not subject to withholding tax, while large individual shareholders remain at 20.42%. If approved, the company will pay the difference to eligible shareholders; refund claims must be submitted with proof of dividend via the custodian bank, and forms are available on the website in Japanese and English.
