David Squires, non-executive director of Mpac Group, acquired a total of 20,000 ordinary shares over two days at prices of 249 pence and 248 pence per share, with a total purchase value of £49,690. Mpac Group announced that all 16 proposals put to the general meeting were approved, including the approval of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (99.99%) as well as the remuneration reports and policies. Several director elections and re-elections were confirmed with high levels of support, and PKF Littlejohn LLP was reappointed as auditor. Shareholders authorised the directors to issue shares and to acquire own shares and approved the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights for certain purposes.
