Sporting Cascades launches in Eugene as USL League One expansion club

Sporting Cascades, a new professional soccer franchise owned by Sat Dhinsa, will join United Soccer League One next season playing home matches at the 3,500‑seat Civic Park in Eugene, Oregon. The club replaces disbanded Lane United, unveiled brown-and-blue branding co-created with local supporters, and aims to build youth pathways while competing in a 21-team League One field amid interest in future promotion and relegation in the USL.
