Picton shareholders have approved an all-share takeover by LondonMetric Property Plc and Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust by substantial majorities (95.20% at the court meeting; 89.78% at the general meeting). The transaction will be implemented as a court‑sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement under Guernsey law and remains subject to court approval at a hearing on 8 September 2026. Picton Property Income has declared an interim dividend of 0.69 pence per share for the quarter 1 April–30 June 2026.
