Planet Green Holdings has completed the sale of its 100% stake in Bless Chemical (Bless HK) to Hongzhang Liang for a nominal purchase price, including the indirect disposal of subsidiary Jingshan. After the transaction, the company no longer controls Bless HK or Jingshan, and their results will no longer be consolidated.
