Rua Gold increases private placement to US$25 million amid strong demand

Rua Gold has increased the size of its private placement to US$24,999,920 and is offering 22,727,200 common shares at US$1.10 per share, well above the current price of US$0.20. Raymond James Ltd. and Cormark Securities are leading the syndication, with Beacon Securities part of the consortium; proceeds will be used for exploration and development of the Reefton and Glamorgan projects in New Zealand and for working capital. The placement is expected to close on 28 January 2026, the shares will be issued without a hold period and remain subject to regulatory approvals; market capitalization is around US$12.45 million.
