Sinch stock falls after weak profitability and leadership change

For Q2 2026 Sinch reported organic revenue growth of 6% to SEK 6,866m, while gross profit edged down from SEK 2,322m to SEK 2,300m and adjusted EBITDA fell from SEK 869m to SEK 858m. Currency effects reduced revenue growth by about 2 percentage points and gross profit growth by around 3 points. Sinch: CEO Laurinda Pang will step down by the end of 2026 at the latest

Sinch announced the resignation of CEO Laurinda Pang; she will remain in office until a successor is appointed, but no later than December 31, 2026. The board has launched a search for a new CEO, but gave no reasons for Pang’s decision and provided no concrete timetable for the succession. Sinch Registered to release quarterly figures on Feb. 17 – analysts see profit rise, revenue decline

Sinch Registered will publish the results for the most recent quarter on Feb. 17.
