Unicorn AIM VCT announces a special dividend of 23.0 pence per ordinary share (total c. £50m) from the Hasgrove sale. The disposal generated £88m, of which Unicorn retained £22m to invest in Maia TopCo Ltd to remain exposed to Hasgrove’s growth. The record date for entitlement is 23 January 2026, payment will be made on 5 March 2026, and the share will trade ex-dividend from 22 January.
