XORTX Therapeutics has signed a binding term sheet to acquire the VB4‑P5 kidney therapy program from Vectus Biosystems. The company is buying the drug candidate including IP, regulatory filings and manufacturing data for a payment of USD 3.0 million in common shares or equivalent securities at an assumed issue price of USD 0.86 per share.
