Betterware de México (BeFra/BWMX) has completed the acquisition of Tupperware’s operating businesses in Latin America, mainly covering Mexico and Brazil, and obtained a perpetual, royalty-free brand license for the region. The acquired business generated revenue of $270 million and adjusted EBITDA of $82 million in 2025; on a pro forma basis 2025 earnings per share rose to $2.11 (from $1.46) with a pro forma leverage of 1.9x versus 1.6x before the transaction. French businessman Cédric Meston has taken over Tupperware France and plans to resume sales in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Poland.
