Aedifica reports strong H1 growth and confirms synergies after merger with Cofinimmo

Aedifica reports an EPRA result per share of €2.71 (+5%) for H1 2026 and a 62% rise in rental income following the merger with Cofinimmo. Aedifica increases rental income 6.8% in 2025 and raises dividend

Aedifica reports rental growth of 6.8% in fiscal 2025 to €361m and an EPRA result of €244.8m (+4.3%). Adjusted earnings per share rose to €5.15, beating the company’s guidance and market consensus; an EPRA earnings per share of €5.20 is expected for 2026. Aedifica receives approval for takeover of Cofinimmo subject to conditions

Belgian competition authority has approved Aedifica’s acquisition of Cofinimmo but requires the sale of healthcare properties in Belgium worth €300m over several years. With the clearance, the acceptance period begins on 30 January and runs until 2 March; results will be announced on 6 March and the first payment is scheduled for 13 March.
