Management is targeting EBITDA growth of 15–20% over the next two years and expects operating cash flow of more than US$600 million for 2026 and roughly US$500 million of free cash flow (excluding the tax impact of the Community‑Living divestiture). Shares of BrightSpring Health Services fell about 4.4% in after-hours trading after the announcement of a secondary placement of 15 million common shares by existing shareholders, including a subsidiary of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and members of management. BrightSpring itself is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from the placement.
