Enphase is introducing the IQ System Controller 3 and the IQ EV Charger 2 in Italy, allowing owners of IQ Battery 5P systems to integrate backup power functions and electric vehicle charging. The controller supports three-phase supply, secures loads up to 80 amps per phase and complies with CEI 0-21 requirements; installers can use an app to select which circuits are supplied during an outage. The IQ EV Charger 2 adapts charging to available solar production and begins charging when there is roughly 1.4 kW of solar surplus.
