Excelerate Energy sees improved outlook from tight FSRU market
At the Barclays conference, Excelerate Energy emphasized that the tight supply of floating regasification units (FSRUs) and rising global LNG demand position the company advantageously. Management says it controls 12 of roughly 50 FSRUs worldwide, has a strong balance sheet (leverage 1.9x, liquid capital ~USD 452m plus a USD 500m revolver) and plans low double-digit dividend growth through 2028.
