At the Midwest IDEAS conference, Flexsteel reported eleven consecutive quarters of year‑over‑year growth and an adjusted operating margin that rose from about 1% (2022) to 7.5% (fiscal 2026). Annual revenue is around $500 million, free cash flow recently exceeded $40 million per year, and more than $160 million has been returned to shareholders since 2020.
