Modine announces rebranding to Modexus Solutions after merger with Gentherm

Modine will rebrand as Modexus Solutions upon completion of the merger with Gentherm and the spinoff of its Performance Technologies business; the closing is expected to occur on Oct. 1, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Gentherm shareholders have already approved the transaction; the name change still requires approval from Modine shareholders.
