In its Q3 2025 investor letter Kingdom Capital Advisors said it highlighted Net Lease Office Properties after the firm divested 22 of 59 properties, repaid all corporate-level debt and returned a dividend roughly equal to 20% of Kingdom’s initial cost basis. Kingdom expects additional marketed or under-contract properties to generate dividends that would further reduce its cost basis to near zero.
