The insolvency administrator of Noratis has decided to abandon the previous refinancing plans and realise the existing portfolio through sales. Noratis is conducting in-depth negotiations based on a term sheet with a North American credit fund on refinancing its existing portfolio of around €227m. The closing is subject to court confirmation of the plan and customary closing conditions; completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
