NWF Group has awarded conditional share awards to four senior executives under the Company Performance Share Plan at an exercise price of 137.00 pence per share. CEO Chris Belsham received 303,890 options, taking his total conditional awards to 775,943; CFO Katie Shortland 187,956 (total 461,075), Tim Moran 214,270 (total 381,917) and Rupert Phillips 118,412 (total 211,059). NWF Group increased revenue in the fiscal year ended 31 May 2026 by 1.9% to £920.30 million and adjusted operating profit by 3.1% to £16.80 million, while adjusted earnings per share fell to £0.18. Pre-tax profit was £12.5 million and net debt stood at £60.5 million. The board proposes a 3.6% dividend increase, the 15th consecutive rise. The fuels division suffered from subdued heating oil demand and oil price volatility, food improved due to higher customer demand and better utilisation, and feeds remained largely stable.
