The management board of fox e-mobility, with the supervisory board's approval, has resolved to utilise authorised capital and intends to issue up to 7,328,930 new shares at a price of EUR 1.00 per share. Subscription rights will be offered indirectly to existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:10; the subscription period is expected to run from September 17 to October 2, 2025. Quirin Privatbank will take up the new shares for forwarding to shareholders. The company expects gross proceeds of up to EUR 7,328,930 and plans to use 80% of the funds for the development of a drivable concept vehicle by September 2026, with the remainder used to secure liquidity.
