Rock Tech Lithium completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,671,827 units at C$1.00 each (gross proceeds C$4,671,827); subscribers were two institutional shareholders. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant to purchase a share at C$1.15 within 36 months; additionally, 2,510,000 stock options at C$1.15 with a five-year term were granted. The company intends to use the proceeds for the development of its integrated converter strategy and for general working and corporate capital; closing remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
