SiriusPoint has completed the sale of its entire stake in Arcadian Holdings to Comet Bidco Limited, an acquisition vehicle affiliated with Lee Equity Partners. The transaction closed after the satisfaction of closing conditions and regulatory approvals; SiriusPoint received cash consideration of $140 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.
