SMC decides dividend of 1,000 JPY per share for 2026

SMC will pay a dividend of 1,000 JPY per share for 2026, unchanged from the previous year. The total payout amounts to 63.54 billion JPY, and the dividend yield is 1.67% (previous year 1.88%). The stock traded at 463.50 USD on the shareholder meeting day via NASDAQ OTC; on the ex-dividend date the price will be adjusted and the payment follows shortly after.
