Analysts at Berenberg reiterate their buy recommendation for Ströer and set a €52 price target, citing two tailwinds: an emerging improvement in the German economy and a planned reform of private pensions that is expected to boost the financial sector’s advertising spending. Financial investors reportedly in talks to acquire Ströer or its core outdoor advertising business for around €2.5 billion, or roughly €45 per share, which would represent a premium of just over 20% compared with the current price of about €37. At the same time the operating environment is recovering: the German outdoor advertising market grew by 5.9% in the first half of 2026, and programmatic DOOH campaigns in the DACH region recorded more than 130% more campaigns and impressions from January to July, with Ströer among the largest recipients of the advertising spend.
