Sunrise reported a 2.6% decline in revenue and a 3.8% decrease in EBITDA in the second quarter of 2026, while adjusted free cash flow rose to CHF 204m with reduced capital expenditures of CHF 102m. Sunrise places a €500 million senior secured euro bond maturing in 2033 with a 5% interest rate. The proceeds will fully refinance a 3.875% bond (due 2029) and partially refinance a 3.625% bond (2029); the remainder is to be repaid from operating cash flow in the second half of 2026. Sunrise appoints Andreas Tolpeit as its new chief financial officer and member of the executive board effective 1 September 2026; he succeeds Jany Fruytier, who will leave at the end of August.
