Between Aug. 28 and Sept. 8, ZenaTech acquired 1,518,126 common shares of Boardwalktecktech via the Toronto Venture Exchange at $0.03 each and now holds 25,779,437 shares, representing an undiluted interest of about 19.9%. Including warrants from a private placement on July 31, the holding would rise to 40,779,437 shares, or approximately 28.02% on a partially diluted basis. ZenaTech agreed to a restriction preventing the exercise of warrants if the stake would exceed 19.9% and stated it acquired the shares for investment purposes. ESM serves more than 8,000 users in public administrations, education, healthcare, utilities, financial services and retail, and offers solutions with "The ESM Platform" for strategy execution, OKRs, employee performance and cyber-/compliance management.
