Zion Oil & Gas has extended its unit option program launched under its dividend reinvestment and direct purchase plan — originally scheduled to run until early September — through September 25, 2026. Each unit costs $250 and includes an interest in common shares, calculated from the average sales price of the stock on the purchase date, plus 75 warrants (ticker ZNWBD) with an exercise price of $0.75 per share. The ZNWBD warrants will be exercisable from October 27, 2026, to April 27, 2027, and are not registered for trading on any exchange.
