The general meeting approved a dividend of 1.90 EUR per Einhell Germany vz share for 2025, an increase of 26.67% compared with the previous year. A total of 16.86 million EUR will be distributed, with the total payout therefore rising 55.82% year on year. The share was quoted at 70.30 EUR on the AGM day and will be traded on the ex-dividend day with a dividend adjustment; the reported dividend yield is 2.26%.
